What does your business do? Who are your customers?

Tina Phillips: Hi I'm Tina Phillips, and my business is the Famous 4th Street Cookie Company. What do we do? We sell the city's and the country's best cookies in the city of Philadelphia and we ship across the country on FamousCookies.com.

What challenges did you face before coming to us?

Tina Phillips: At Famous 4th Street Cookie Company, we manufacture our cookies every day. We bake fresh and ship across the country. One of the things we have are multiple coolers and freezers, and of course, because we're HACCP certified, we have to maintain records on our capacity for cooling and keeping the product safe. We never were able to find a company that could provide us with the reporting capability and also the alerts and even having a product that just worked and stayed connected and was online, hooked up to the internet. it was really a disaster. We were looking for, a solution for about a year and a half.

How has your business been impacted since starting to use our solutions?

Tina Phillips: Sensormatic Solutions provided the sensors and the connectivity and the portal that we need to maintain the right temperature on all of our coolers and so far the product just works. It's a really, really tiny sensor. It's like the size of a quarter, and even when the folks at Sensormatic showed it to me, I'm like that's going to work? And guess what? It works. We've had zero downtime in a year and a half since we've gotten these sensors. It's been life-changing. All of our records for HACCP are now up to date without us really having to do anything, and, I can just tell you how great the service and the responses from the Sensormatic team. I mean, it's just been life-changing here as far as you know, monitoring our coolers and freezers. It's just been a great, partnership.

What would you say was the most positive aspect of working with our team?

Tina Phillips: The most positive thing that I can say about Sensormatic is that their customer service is fantastic. I'm a little embarrassed to say that one of my staff people unplugged the monitoring, and within a few minutes, we got a call from Sensormatic saying, we think you unplugged something. And so we found it and we fixed it, but I was really surprised that they were just watching what was going on and just alerted us immediately. Right? So the customer service is just incredible and I was also very impressed when the guys came out to do the installation. They were in and out. I didn't even know they were here. It was so quick, it was painless, and it just worked. As a CEO when you put some money behind a product and you just, it just works, and it's actually surprising. You're like, wow, that just worked, and it works great. What else can I say about it, that their products work and their customer service is great. It's what you want.
