Serina Minefee: Hi, my name is Serena Menifee. I'm the founder of San Antonio Texas pet pigs, and more recently the founder of Porcine pet shop, um in online e commerce store where we sell mostly on Amazon pet pig products. Um So I have been working with seller metrics, I think for two months now and um since working with them, um we have actually quadrupled, quadrupled our Amazon sales. So.
How did SellerMetrics go above and beyond for you?
Serina Minefee: So I'm working directly with Rick Wong. Um He has, he's surprised me and that he's actually answered every single one of my emails. Um He's answered every single message that I've sent him and he's been very kind to answer any questions and all the questions that I have regarding what I need to be doing to optimize my, my listing or, you know, just anything.
How does SellerMetrics compare to other similar services you've used?
Serina Minefee: Seller metrics is actually the first um PPC campaign management that I've used. So I don't really have anything to compare it to. Um But I think it's good. I think the price is reasonable, especially for the return that we're getting. So, um I have no issues just hanging on to them and looking for um competitive work. Um I think that they've done a great job so far.
