How does it feel to complete the first phase (LEARN) of the Stop. Dieting. Forever. process? What were your results?

Elizabeth Gatlin: Hi y'all, This is Liz Gatlin here and I'm so excited. I just finished the first phase of LEARN in the Stop. Dieting. Forever process. I wanted to tell you that the content is amazing. It is so thorough that every lesson really builds upon the next one and also kind of revisits the information because sometimes you have to hear things a couple of times. I committed to doing the course at my leisure and so it took me a little bit longer than 30 days just to do different modules whenever I had the free time. But it really taught me how to stay committed and recommit to myself whenever I had been slacking. I'm also pumped about the tools and going into the next phase of the Stop. Dieting. Forever. process to lose the weight that I've been carrying around with me. So, one thing that I loved most about the course was the continual re commitment and commitment to my goals and myself in this process. So thank you, Jennifer and hope you love the course as much as I do

Could you share a few details about the challenge(s) you solved by going through LEARN?

Elizabeth Gatlin: Some of the challenges that I saw by going through learn was actually beginning and going back to planning and tracking accountability. Uh I really enjoy journaling and thought journaling is something that I haven't done in a long time and the idea that I can be mindful about my eating, it doesn't have to be calorie counting. It can be more about my thoughts and my feelings and how those than impact my actions and results. That was a wonderful eye opening Piece of the learn module that has really helped me also, the continual commitment to the process and knowing that even if I'm not 100% on that, that's okay that I'm training my bratty brain to uh to go into my 2.0 self was really helpful. So now whenever I am uh self sabotaging, I kind of call myself out on it. And that's been both fun and enlightening to build curiosity throughout my journey.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining Stop. Dieting. Forever.?

Elizabeth Gatlin: advice I would give to someone thinking about joining, Stop dieting forever is that it's your time and you're ready. This is a process that you have to be committed to uh and that you should join. If you are committed getting off the hamster wheel committed to changing your life, committed to learning a new set of strategies and things that you can take forward for the rest of your life and that you're committed to yourself. So if you've been on the fence about joining, stop doubting forever, highly recommend it. It's the value is immense. I've taken away so much just from learn and can't wait to go through the process, continue that forward and lose with jennifer and her team.
