Could you describe a time that Simone Schaerf helped you?
Anne M. Montoya: The first time that I went to Simone for help was when I was looking at investing in a project and I knew that she knew the area really well. She had grown up there. Um, but the thing about her is that she has a worldly view, um, she really does have her finger on the pulse and at the time I was just in a rush to get things done. And I very much distinctly remember her telling me just like everything comes in time and she couldn't have been more. Right. So I really appreciate what, what experience she brings to the table and, um, she's a straight shooter. So that is something that's really important to me is that who I'm dealing with, they have to be able to, um, give it to me how it really is and not just what I want to hear. And that's one of the things I really appreciate about Simone.

Anne M. Montoya: Ok. So um how would I describe Simone's real estate expertise using three words? Oh boy, the first thing that comes to mind is experienced completely knowledgeable and she is meticulous at all of the details. So those would be my three words.

Anne M. Montoya: What makes Simone different is that she's got decades of experience and not just in one location, she's been doing real estate around the world for a very long time. There's something to be said about that amount of knowledge.
