What problem was your company dealing with before SALT ?

Josh Barouh: So prior to using Salt, my agency for the last eight years has been sending out a PDF form for clients that specifically email us asking for quotes to fill out, giving us their information that we need to do the auto and the homeowners insurance quotes with. However, a lot of time, we didn't get that back from our client and it was cumbersome. It was outdated and it didn't do a good job of capturing the information that we really needed for EZLynx. So recently I met with one of my account managers who said, Josh, can we do something different with these client intake forms? They're old, they're outdated. Basically everything I just mentioned and see if we can get something that would be easier to use more relevant and get into EZLynx more quickly with less effort. So I found SALT!

How did SALT help resolve this challenge?

Josh Barouh: So SALT, the digital questionnaire that gets sent out, not only does it look modern, it brands the agency and it immediately gives our clients or future clients rather a sense of what they can expect from us. So they know that we're up to the times and that we have a strong brand. It also allows them to easily enter the information that's gonna prefill 205 of the 208 EZLynx fields, which for us has been a game changer. So it's transformed that old PDF that we were using and now integrating all of that data with EZLynx on top of the branding that it's doing and it's providing us information with these external reports that are run that is far superior to any information that we would have had previously.

What impact did SALT have on your Insurance Agency ?

Josh Barouh: So our account managers all use SALT and our service reps also send out the SALT links when there's overflow of calls or when they're speaking with clients that are already customers looking for other lines of business that maybe don't have the time to give them all the information or don't have access to their declaration pages with the SALT links. Clients can do it on their time, they can upload their policy information to us, provide us with as much detail as they know. Certainly. And also it gives us the ability to um reach back out to them. So for example, if they haven't done what they said they were going to do SALT, sends them reminders. And then of course, with the integration uploads all of the information, saving us a tremendous amount of time. The other thing that I really like about SALT also is that you can track how many of the forms that you're receiving back in terms of the the sales process. So has it been presented? Have we won the deal? Have we lost the deal? And we can see real time in the SALT system, which of our account managers in our agency are working the deals and at what sales cycle they're at.
