What do you love about SALT ?
Eric Hardek: What I really like about using SALT forms is that it standardized my prospect intake on the personal side. So everything is going directly into the CRM system. It's asking all of the required questions and it makes sure that I'm not missing anything.
What impact did SALT have on your Insurance Agency?
Eric Hardek: SALT has really helped me focus on revenue generating activities because everything is integrating straight into my CRM system and it's using publicly available data such as VIN numbers that are assigned to a specific address. Now, I'm not copying and pasting anything into my CRM system. So now I can focus on marketing, getting more leads and selling more deals and speaking with clients, that's gonna drive more revenue into my agency. It's really helped me scale that way.
