What problem was your company dealing with before SALT ?
Chris Euart: So before we had salt, we were entering our clients data in about two or three, maybe four different places uh to make sure we had everything we needed and, and it went all into the right spot, which was extremely time consuming.
How did SALT help resolve this challenge?
Chris Euart: Since we've gotten salt, it's really improved our efficiency uh and our speed and turnaround time uh for clients requesting quotes um for us getting back to, to clients and um alleviating the time it takes to intake data from clients because the the client facing uh forms that, that salt has, which is just amazing to be able to send a client, a link and have them fill out the information and not have to spend time collecting. That is just a huge help. So we can worry about other more um uh more productive things and, and bringing money into the agency rather than collecting data.
What impact did SALT have on your Insurance Agency ?
Chris Euart: Being able to find a solution like salt um that's affordable for one that has the features that it has to be able to intake somebody if they call in and put them right into that system very easily and quickly to being able to send a link, like I said to uh a client to have them put the data in. It just alleviates so much. Um And it's just overall improved the, the, the efficiency of our agency which goes tenfold to um production um to client satisfaction. Um You name it, it, it's just been a tremendous help and the people at Salt Emory and Jonathan and everybody else. Um Absolutely amazing to work with the quick to get on AAA Zoom call with you to fix any anything you might have an issue with or not understand. Um and uh super fast in response on, on the messengers or on the chat feature that they have too. It's just all around such a great company to work with. And uh I'm very happy I, I made the decision to go to Salt.
