What problem was your company dealing with before SALT ?
Andrew Solano: Before SALT we were dealing with multiple data entry, pretty much the old school way, so our quotes would take longer to complete. You know, that means that the customer has to wait longer. So just time wise, our website as well, we just used to have our regular web form, name, email, phone number, then we would get back to, to the customer as well and with team members, you know, everyone was kind of doing their own thing. instead of just following the intake form with SALT.
How did SALT help resolve this challenge?
Andrew Solano: SALT has really helped us out. we've been able to save a lot of time with quoting, our, our presence online presence in our website. it brings us up to that next level. customers can go directly to our website. they can select a quote and the SALT form, pops up right away. So we actually save that time. We get the completed SALT form straight into our, our dashboard with SALT. and I mean, it integrates with our rater EZLynx. So it just that part right there saves us a huge amount of time. It makes it look more professional, a better customer service. And also, pretty much the same process throughout the agency with everyone. uses that same intake form and, you know, it just helps us streamline, our process.
What impact did SALT have on your Insurance Agency ?
Andrew Solano: I think just overall it makes us, look more professional, sound more professional. saves time the customers are happy. I mean, we have amazing, Google reviews. also our, our, our presence online, with our website, it's helped us out, tremendously and, with our team members as well. I mean, they just say it's so easy to complete, a quote, because they don't have to come up with all these questions. Pretty much everything is in the, in the SALT forms, all the questions needed. and then, I mean, I can't, I can't say this enough. It saves so much time, to, complete a quote. all these double triple data entries, which I am not a fan of the old school way. that's pretty much gone with SALT. So it's, it's really helped us out, helped us to be more efficient, more productive and helped us at the end of the day, increase our ourselves.
