Joseph Jang: I think what surprised me most was, uh, just the amount of knowledge and familiarity they had in, uh, the consulting space. Um, uh, I did not know that Sales Engine had prior experience, uh, working with professional services firms, uh, that worked in healthcare, uh, especially. And so, uh, that definitely surprised me and also just the talent and, uh, the amount of preparation that goes into. Uh, really coaching our team and, and making the content, uh, highly relevant to, uh, Pathstone in our firm. And, um, lastly, I think it's, uh, really putting in processes in place and follow-ups in place to make sure that we are executing and practicing on the skills and the knowledge, uh, that we've learned, uh, throughout our, our course. So, uh, that surprised me the most.
