Speakers: Joseph Jang, Partner, Pathstone Partners
Joseph Jang: You know, we're still early on in our journey, but first and foremost, being a former, uh, Kellogg alum and student of Craig, um, I've really found the power of storytelling as an effective tool to that not only applies in a sales situation, but as consultants and as a firm, we're here to influence change. And so storytelling is a skill, uh, that, uh, I look forward to building, you know, across our team. Uh, the second piece is, uh, early on in our conversations with the Sales Engine team, it was very clear to me that, uh, they don't take a very cookie cutter approach. Um, they know that. To be truly effective, um, you, you have to pair that content, uh, with action, and I really appreciate the fact that, uh, they take the time to understand our business, uh, where we are, um, as a firm. And where we want to get to, uh, over the next, uh, several years. And so, uh, bringing that knowledge and skill into action and discipline is something that, uh, I've really, uh, taken away from my experience with Sales Engine.
