Joseph Jang: You know, from my perspective, Pathstone, uh, being in the people business, uh, the consulting advisory business, uh, we are still a boutique firm that has grown, uh, over the past few years through organic relationships and referrals. And, uh, I really look to Sales Engine to help us build that knowledge, skill, and discipline to take that next step, uh, to build that discipline, uh, within our growing and emerging team that Uh, it is fairly new to the concept of sales, uh, being kind of, uh, consultants first. And so, I'm really looking forward to, uh, continue to build from the momentum that we generated as a firm and take the next steps to, uh, be able to scale and sustain our, our impact and our growth as a firm.
