What will you be discussing at the Sales Enablement Summit in New York?
Tashna Grey: At this year's Sales Enablement Summit in New York, I'll be discussing the importance of leadership enablement in developing your sales teams and maximizing their success.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Tashna Grey: I know you asked for one nugget of wisdom that I'm hoping attendees leave with, so I'm gonna give you two. So in addition to networking and being exposed to the new technology providers for sales enablement platforms. I'm hoping people understand that sales enablement as a practice is ever evolving, right? But most importantly it's important to understand that sales enablement does not begin and end with the seller. We have to enable everyone who's involved in that customer buyer journey, Right? So that's pre sale, post sale. And as you would have learned from our panel discussion, the importance of enabling the front line manager. This is the person who will be reinforcing your enablement programs with their reps, coaching and mentoring, so in order to have optimal success as a revenue org, it's important that that manager also have their own enablement so that they could support their teams for maximum success.
