Speaker: Stuart Bierig, VP Pre-Sales and Global Sales Enablement, Panaya
Stuart Bierig: Hi there. My name is Stuart Bierig. I am a VP of Pre-Sales and Sales Enablement at Panaya. A global SaaS software company.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?
Stuart Bierig: I will be participating in the New York City Sales Enablement Summit. on March 21st will be in a panel with other enablement professionals from companies like Monday.com Microsoft and others discussing how to leverage relationships across the organization in order to achieve better enablement results.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Stuart Bierig: Like all organizations that have employees there are sometimes egos and politics that may prevent an enablement professional from extracting the intelligence and information that's needed to help the sales team be more empowered and to be more effective in their jobs. So some of the topics that we're going to explore in this session is how to navigate around those roadblocks and how to achieve an environment of continuous improvement, leveraging again the contributions from other divisions in the company without causing any friction.
What are you most looking forward to about the event?
Stuart Bierig: I'm very much looking forward to the networking and social aspect of the event. It's not often that I have the opportunity to meet face to face with peers in the enablement arena and so the ability to just chat with people to understand their challenges and pains to understand what solutions they may have implemented in order to overcome certain roadblocks. This is something I'm very much looking forward to. I'm also looking forward to seeing some of the vendors out there that may be providing solutions that can again help me in my job. But again, it's the networking that I really am looking forward to the most.
