Sheevaun Thatcher: Good morning, everybody. I'm Sheevaun Thatcher. I am the VP of Slack Enablement at Salesforce.

Sheevaun Thatcher: I hope you can join me in Las Vegas. I will be running an ask me anything session. So I have no idea what we're gonna talk about. The good thing about having experience since the earth was cooling is that I have a lot of experience and I am always very, very happy to share it. Talk about it. Have people just learn from the mistakes that I made and the things that went well.

Sheevaun Thatcher: I'd like to leave people knowing that no matter how bad it may seem at the time, it's just a moment in time and that there are always ways of doing things differently and a lot of times that's all you need to do. And so no matter what the situation is, if you step back, you assess it and you take a few moments to think about not only what are you trying to get out of it, how do you measure it? Who is it for? What kind of priorities? Provided you always bring that type of a business sense and that business interest and acumen into any situation, you can come out of it with a solution that's gonna work. And these are the types of solutions that have the most impact in a business. And so that's what I'd like people to come away with that. Once you understand the business, once you understand the real goals of the business, your enablement can have a much, much bigger impact.
