What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit San Francisco?
Sam Lau: At the Sales Enablement Summit in September. I will be on a panel discussing the differences between sales enablement approaches for startup size companies versus large enterprises.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Sam Lau: I'm coming from the startup environment. So I'd like to leave my attendees with a few nuggets in regards to how to better leverage subject matter experts and encourage them to be a sales enablement resource.
What aspect of the summit are you most looking forward to?
Sam Lau: I always enjoy learning from other sales enablement practitioners in the space. I've been lucky enough to experience a lot of different things in my past eight years in sales enablement and six in direct sales. But I know I have not experienced everything and there's always more to learn.
