Please could you introduce yourself?

Robby Halford: Hi my name is Robbie Halford I'm the Head of Revenue Enablement at Sparrow.

What will you be discussing at the Sales Enablement Summit in Denver?

Robby Halford: I'm super pumped about my topic. It is effective ramping in sales. A lot of organizations like to just run a week boot camp the first week there there, give them a bunch of information by fire hose and then send them out in the world. Instead, let's look about how we do measured learning, how do we give people the right amount of information, at the right time, so they can ramp quickly, and ultimately we're all trying to do is to get them to hit quote and become a fully ramped seller as quickly as possible. So my talks to be around some of the things that I've done in my current situation at Sparrow, and also in my previous roles, that really helped sellers accelerate their ramp and was able to be as productive as they possibly can as quickly as possible.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Robby Halford: I think some of the biggest nuggets you're going to get away from our session together in Denver is the ability to build a template, understand who your stakeholders are, how to involve them, how to build a program that is measurable, yet is going to help sellers actually achieve the goal versus just building a program so you can say you built it. Really looking at how do you structure your programs? How do you think about what is great for on demand learning? What's great for in person? What's great after? When does this fall into place? So I think what you're gonna find is a lot of templates and then some structure to help you go out in the world and deliver an effective program.
