Ray Schloss : Hi, I'm Ray Schloss. I have over 20 years of enterprise sales and enablement experience, including 17 years at Microsoft.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?
Ray Schloss : I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone at the Sales Enablement Summit. We're gonna be talking about how you can actually get really great data points to take up the higher management to help them understand more effectively the needs of your sales teams so that they can provide the resources necessary for true impact and success. The great thing about it is that this methodology that we're going to talk about also works in your personal life.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Ray Schloss : One of the things I look forward to people having as a takeaway from our session is that having the proper perspective of relationship from the point of the sales team is going to really help drive a better understanding of management and how the teams can succeed. And this is not dissimilar to how like love languages even work in personal relationships. Give the people what they truly desire, not so much what you think they need.
What are you most looking forward to about the event?
Ray Schloss : What am I looking forward to the most from the event? Well, based on having attended prior event with SEC, I am really looking forward to the great networking and the people opportunities that we have. The knowledge sharing is fantastic and I certainly learned some from the last event, but it was really the people that I got to meet and talk to um because we're all in this sales enablement movement together and sharing our stories and experiences and getting to just meet people. It's fantastic. So I'm looking forward to hopefully meeting you there.
