Please could you introduce yourself?

Paul Butterfield: Hello everybody, I'm Paul Butterfield and I'm the Executive Board President for the Sales Enablement Society.

What will you be discussing in New York at the Sales Enablement and Chief Revenue Officer Summit?

Paul Butterfield: It's always been critical for revenue enablement leaders and teams to create and execute strategies and frameworks that are aligned to the things that our executives most care about. There are likely financial metrics, and there are likely others as well. It's also critical to enable all teams that are along your customer's journey so that we have the optimal experience for them, and that's what we'll be discussing.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Paul Butterfield: The key thing that I expect everyone to take away from this session will be how to look across a global customer journey and create a framework that's flexible enough to meet the needs of different regions, and also different teams, such as the renewal team or the customer success team, along the side of our sales and SDR teams and is still unified so that we can measure accurately what's working and what's not working.
