Meredith Jung: Meredith Jung, Director of Enablement at Snapdocs

What will you be discussing at the Sales Enablement Summit in San Francisco?

Meredith Jung: At the Sales Enablement Summit, I'll be sharing my experiences structuring sales enablement teams at both Bluebeam, my former employer, and Snapdocs, my current employer - as part of the considerations for structuring an enablement team panel.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Meredith Jung: The negative wisdom that I want to leave attendees with after my talk is that there is no one right way to structure an enablement team. Depending on a variety of factors, from go-to-market strategy, to product mix and company size, each organization is going to need a different enablement team structure. My goal is to help attendees understand what those variables are and how to choose the right structure for their organization.
