Marty Murrillo: Hi there, my name is Marty Murrilo I am a Director of Sales Enablement here at Precisely.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?
Marty Murrillo: We will be participating in a panel discussion for about 45 minutes and the topic is strategies for gaining leadership, buy in and getting your seat at the table.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Marty Murrillo: As far as nuggets of wisdom for this panel discussion on strategies for gaining leadership by in, I think there's two things I would emphasize. The first one has to do with what are our key assumptions about ourselves, about the leaders that we're speaking with and the situation that we're bringing to the table and asking buy in for. And then the second component is what are our communication strategies? Well, how will we communicate and frame these solutions this position to our point of view. So communication strategy, as well as our key assumptions, those are some things that I think we'll discuss further.
What are you most looking forward to about the event?
Marty Murrillo: You know, for me, I think what I'm looking forward most is reconnecting with like minded people. You know, the job of sales enablement can be a little hard, sometimes a little difficult, sometimes working with leaders and who have different points of view or perhaps are so focused on RevGen that they're not thinking about, you know, a holistic solution, etc. So I think it's about connecting with like minded people, the networking that happens and the installation of new ideas from us because we have a lot of really good ideas and we share them with each other. So that's what I'm looking forward to.
