Marco Galvan: My name is Marco Galvan and I am a Core Curriculum Onboarding Manager at Atlassian.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?
Marco Galvan: At the Sales Enablement Summit, I will be talking about the importance of incorporating your culture and interactivity in the onboarding program to make sure that your new hires have the best experience possible.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Marco Galvan: The nugget of wisdom. I'm hoping to leave attendees after my talk would be how important every interaction we have with new hires is whether that is through an elearning uh slack message, a live session, whatever it may be that we are incorporating some kind of interactivity that does go back to our culture. I think it's important that we are showing them who we are early on so they know what they're getting into across their entire career, not just 90 days, six weeks, whatever on boarding looks like for you.
What are you most looking forward to about the event?
Marco Galvan: I'm most looking forward to uh interacting with people that I have met previously. Um at the summits. This will be my second year and learning from other people that are in the enablement field as well. I feel like I always take something away from each year. So really excited to continue learning and, and taking some tips and tricks uh for myself.
