Louise Richman: My name is Louise Richman I am the Director of Sales Enablement at Ascential.
What will you be discussing at the Future of Sales Festival.
Louise Richman: I'm delighted to be joining the Sales Enablement Collective on a panel discussion on 7th December to be talking about transformational leadership to maximize growth and success.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Louise Richman: This is a good question. The nuggets of wisdom that I'm going to leave the audience with during the panel discussion is really to engage in active listening and really listening to what people on the ground, saying, bringing them on a journey when you're going through any kind of transformation. It's so important to communicate with your audience, inspire participation, get people excited about what you're doing and really try and make them believe in that, and also trusting in your team's. You've hired them for a reason. There are really good at what they do. So just let them come with ideas, trust them, and yeah, just bring them on that journey.
