Louisa Morassutti: Hello, my name is Louisa Morasutti. I am the Senior Director of GTM Enablement at iCIMS.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit San Francisco?
Louisa Morassutti: At the Sales Enablement Summit in San Francisco. I will be discussing how to leverage enablement to drive the development and adoption of a new sales methodology. I'll be sharing with you some insights, experiences and best practices on how to effectively deliver and deploy the methodology.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Louisa Morassutti: Some of the wisdom and nuggets that I want to leave with the attendees is how to design a methodology, how to drive adoption with the sales teams, how to implement your training strategy and how to measure the impact and the results.
What aspect of the summit are you most looking forward to?
Louisa Morassutti: The aspect of the summit that I'm looking most forward to is the networking opportunities. I'm looking forward to developing new relationship and learning from other colleagues in the same space so that we can share ideas for 2024 and 2025.
