Lisa Mah-Chut: Hi, my name is Lisa Mar-Chut And most recently I've led revenue enablement services for Oracle across Europe and JAPC.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit Sydney?
Lisa Mah-Chut: At the summit. I'm going to tackle the important topic of aligning and engaging with senior level stakeholders and go to market teams. When we do this effectively, we can tightly bind our efforts to the outcomes expected and we'll typically get the sponsorship needed and the attention of the reps. So we'll talk through some examples and how to's of that.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Lisa Mah-Chut: I'd like you to be able to walk away with an understanding of how you can demonstrate an intrinsic understanding of what leadership needs the sales teams to be executing on and how your enablement plan will deliver to those needs.
What aspect of the summit are you most looking forward to?
Lisa Mah-Chut: I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and learning from you about what's working in your organizations where you're seeing success. And I'm also really interested to hear from you about where you see enablement developing and progressing as things start to shift and disrupt with more technology. Um and the revenue stack coming into our world.
