What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Laura Wheatley: What nugget of wisdom am I hoping to leave the attendees with after my session? So much of sales enablement is focused on the front-line sellers and most of the metrics which our successes are judged, are based upon them. Imagine what it would be like when the leaders, most of whom have been promoted without training to support their new job to be done, are empowered with the tools, the guidance and the resources to take their teams to the next level of performance.
