Kyra Meyer-Johanson: So after attending my session, you're going to walk away with actionable tips and resources to enable your front line revenue leaders with an A I powered platform that makes it possible to drive psychological safety and performance in this work from anywhere world. I hope it's useful and that you enjoy the session.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Kyra Meyer-Johanson: So the nugget of wisdom that I hope you all get from my session is that when you make the front line leaders look like heroes, when you turn them into heroes and make them incredibly effective managers, you win as an enablement leader, right? Because you're really becoming that confidant that sets them up for success. And the next time you come to them saying this is a key initiative that we need to drive across the organization, you're going to get nothing but support. I hope it helps. And uh I wish you all a lot of success in the rest of 2024 and beyond.
What aspect of the summit are you most looking forward to?
Kyra Meyer-Johanson: So I'm really excited to be in San Francisco. I absolutely love that city and just meet other folks that are dealing with similar challenges as I probably am day to day. So just excited to meet more enablement leaders and also learn from all of you and hopefully, you know, avoid some potential pitfalls when I start some new initiatives in 2025. OK?
