Please could you introduce yourself?
Kelsy Elliott: My name is Kelsey Elliot and I'm the Head of Sales Enablement for Mikmak.
What will you be discussing at the Sales Enablement Summit in Denver?
Kelsy Elliott: Sales enablement professionals have a wide variety of focuses. None, though, should be more important than building relationships with those that we support. So I couldn't be more excited to speak on how to build, how to nurture, and how to maintain relationships with those that we support by leading with empathy.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Kelsy Elliott: It's my aspiration that by speaking on how to build, drive and nurture relationships that sales enablement professionals walk away remembering the very foundational components of what we do and to always acknowledge the fact that those we impact don't care about how much we know until they know how much we care.
