Speaker: Kayleigh Hogan, Director of Revenue Enablement & Operations, interface.ai
Kayleigh Hogan: Hi there. My name is Kayleigh Hogan, Director of Revenue Enablement and Operations at Interface AI.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?
Kayleigh Hogan: During my session, we're going to be covering empathy maps, which are a component of design thinking. Given that enablement supports the entire go to market function often and sales leadership and just the greater business in general, it's really important to understand what each group is thinking, feeling, seeing, hearing what kind of pains and gains they are hoping to experience through your enablement programs or processes. If you, if you don't have that understanding and that empathy towards those different stakeholder groups, many enablement programs can fail or or lose adoption or not hit their adoption metrics. So, I found in my career empathy maps to be really beneficial before kicking off any programs or coming into a new organization. So I'll be walking you through how to develop them their benefits, some examples and then we'll build them together.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Kayleigh Hogan: The nugget of wisdom I want to leave attendees with after my talk is that every good enablement professional and program begins with at least one empathy map. And ideally you include your end customer or your stakeholders in the design of your projects and your programs.
What are you most looking forward to about the event?
Kayleigh Hogan: The two things I'm looking forward to most for this event are the fact that I'm going to be learning so much from everyone else and the opportunity to network and collaborate with others that are dealing with similar, if not the same problems that I'm dealing with in my role. So I'm really excited to meet everyone.
