Katherine McGraw Patterson: I'll be presenting the money is in the mindshare and explaining how your sales teams can use valuable, meaningful personal outreach to increase conversions and revenue.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Katherine McGraw Patterson: Wow. Since COVID, consumers have become more selective and more intentional in their consumption choices. I'm hoping attendees will take away an understanding of how they can grab more of their prospects limited brain space by leaving transactional communications behind and moving towards interaction, all touch points.
