Jeff Hatchell: Hi, my name is Jeff Hatchell. I am the Vice President of Sales Enablement for American Express, Global Commercial Services.

What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?

Jeff Hatchell: So at the summit in Vegas, I am going to be doing a workshop on sales enablement around the front line sales leader. So you know how we are always doing all types of training and support for the individual person in the field and sales. But there's a bigger need that I've determined for that front line leader. They could be used as another part of our overall enablement process of helping to reinforce the enablement, the training, all that we're doing with coaching to make sure that it's being applied and that it's sticking. So come to my session, I'm excited to have you learn more about how do we enable that front line sales leader?

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Jeff Hatchell: So what nugget of wisdom am I planning to leave for my session? Well, there's gonna be a few, but if I have to boil it down to one, I would say the impact of enabling, being able to measure the difference that we're doing with our roles in enabling the field. So, looking forward to it.

What are you most looking forward to about the event?

Jeff Hatchell: So what I'm most looking forward to at attending the conference is meeting and seeing all of you, all of the enablers. I'm looking forward to going to your sessions, I'm looking forward to meeting the vendors and finding out what's the latest and the greatest that's happening. So networking of course is top of mind, but also being able to see my fellow enablers and to continue to sharpen that saw to learn more. Looking forward to seeing you there.
