Del Nakhi: Hi my name is Del Nakhi, I am the Senior Director of Global Customer and Revenue Enablement at MariaDB.
What will you be discussing at the Sales Enablement Summit in Denver?
Del Nakhi: I'm excited to join a panel of my peers. We'll be talking about how you can stand up a brand new enablement function and covering topics like your charter, your organizational structure, how you can manage change, how you can measure success and everything in between.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Del Nakhi: I'll be contributing to the topic as a whole and specifically focusing on change management. If you're able to integrate a change management framework into your enablement strategy from the start, you can set yourself, your team, as well as your company, up for success by effectively managing change and driving results.
