Chris Mader: Hi I'm Chris Mader Chief Revenue Officer at Optimum Healthcare IT.
What will you be discussing at the Chief Revenue Officer Summit?
Chris Mader: The one thing that's consistent about my role, I found, is change, and I think that managing change is one of the most critical functions of a Chief Revenue Officer, so that will be one of the big topics that we discussed during our break out during the session.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Chris Mader: Best bit of silver bullet advice I got was probably during college baseball from a legendary coach Boyd Coffie. His most famous three words were, make the adjustment. And my advice to most leaders would be if what you're doing is working great, don't change anything. But if what you're doing is not working, it's time to make the adjustment.
