Chris Mader: Hi I'm Chris Mader, Chief Revenue Officer at Optimum Health Care IT.
What will you be discussing at the virtual Chief Revenue Officer Summit?
Chris Mader: Very much looking forward to speaking to you all at the event on defining the role of a Chief Revenue Officer. This is a very multifaceted role in how things are set up in the beginning is critical. One of my former CEO's once said to me about a role like this, that this 5% strategy and 95% execution. I couldn't agree more with that. So I'm very much looking forward to speaking to you all at the event.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Chris Mader: One of the most critical pieces of this job function, I believe is organizational design. Um, many, many years ago I read the book Good to Great and they talk about getting the right people on the bus. So identifying the right job functions you need in your organization. Setting up that organizational design and structure, and then finding the right people to put in that job function is, I believe one of the most important things we can discuss during this event.
