Speaker: Brooke Coletti, Senior Partner Enablement Manager, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Brooke Coletti: Hello, my name is Brooke Colletti and I'm currently the senior partner Enablement Manager at Amazon Web Services.
What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit San Francisco?
Brooke Coletti: In our session, we're going to discuss how to scale and do more with less resources. We found that in times of economic uncertainty enablement leaders are often faced with solving the problem of doing more with less resources. And so it's more important than ever for enablement programs to be equipped to scale in order to support the broader revenue generating teams. So join this session and learn about how to prepare for scale, reevaluate your existing enablement programs, optimize the enablement team's time and make sure your programs are more accessible than ever for revenue generating teams.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Brooke Coletti: We hope attendees who join our session leave with four key takeaways. One, they understand strategies about how to prepare to scale their enablement programs. Two, they know what to look for when reevaluating their existing enablement programs. Three, they understand how to prioritize and optimize their enablement teams time and Four, they know how to essentially make their enablement programs more accessible for the revenue generating teams.
What aspect of the summit are you most looking forward to?
Brooke Coletti: What I'm looking forward to the most at the San Francisco Summit. This year is networking with other enablement practitioners in the field. I'm super excited to attend the AI sessions and learn how we think AI is going to shape enablement moving forward. I'm also really interested in learning what challenges other enablement practitioners are facing and how they're actually overcoming them. My goal leaving the summit is to pick up different tips and tricks that I can embed in my existing enablement strategy moving forward.
