Brint Driggs: My name is Brint Driggs. I'm Senior Director of Growth Enablement & Training at the Everest Group.

What will you be discussing at Sales Enablement Summit?

Brint Driggs: Leaders are the fulcrum of change. Everything we do in sales enablement really ultimately depends on our ability to engage leaders, to be involved in the development of their people, to do effective coaching, to create a cadence of accountability and to a model appropriate principles. So I'm gonna present in the Sales Enablement Summit some case studies that we've done successfully in three different organizations that engage leaders in. just that. And we're gonna use an example that we did at Splunk where we engage leaders on how do you improve your ability to coach to med pick? So I'll use that as an example that we can talk about.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Brint Driggs: I wish there was a silver bullet that I could give you or the magic potion and I could give you to, to help enablement work. But what I'm gonna talk about and hopefully you'll have the opportunity to take away as a model, a template that has been used successfully in several organizations to drive significant change and to engage leaders to improve their coaching. Approve their ability to give feedback and do it on mission critical things like deal construction. So, I hope you'll walk out of there with a great, some great ideas and a good discussion.

What are you most looking forward to about the event?

Brint Driggs: What am I looking forward to about the event? I'm looking forward to getting to know you. These events are so rich in the knowledge you can gain and the relationships you can build and sales enablement is such a vastly creative field that there's a million ways to do it, and I'd love to get together with other practitioners and just talk about what's working, what's not and share some good ideas and make some new friends in the process.
