Benedikt Parstorfer: At the Sales enablement Summit, I'll be talking about the impact of sales enablement and how to measure it.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Benedikt Parstorfer: Knowledge Nugget. So when I think about measuring sales movement impact, I'm always thinking about like what are the sellers KPIs. Um What are the core competencies that that they need to get there to be good at reaching or crushing those KPIs? And then what what what can we deliver as a salesman enablement team to support the competencies? So ultimately what we can measure our impact on is really behavior change that is then linked to those to those sellar KPIs.
