Jordan Rahtz: Hi, my name is Jordan Rotts. I'm a senior manager of revenue enablement at Procore Technologies, and I oversee our global delivery team. So, North America, EMEA and APAC. I am based in the Denver area and I have been in revenue enablement for around 5 years from now.

In a few sentences, what will you be speaking about at our event?

Jordan Rahtz: As we know in sales enablement, our teams face a whirlwind of competing priorities, which makes it really challenging to focus on the few things we need to really focus on. My session is going to focus on the four disciplines of execution, which is also a great book. And how we can apply that to sales enablement to drive measurable outcomes. So we're going to look at things like wildly important goals, creating actionable lead measures, understanding lag indicators, building a cadence of accountability, and focusing team efforts amidst all of the chaos. So you're going to leave with a roadmap that's going to help you to align your enablement strategy with execution and transform those efforts into meaningful results.

What are you most looking forward to at the event?

Jordan Rahtz: As always, at these events, I'm most looking forward to networking and to learning from others. I always leave these conferences feeling really inspired with a ton of ideas to take back to my team.
