Please introduce yourself

Bryan Naas: Hey everyone. My name is Brian Noss and I'll be speaking at the Sales Enablement Summit in Toronto. A little bit about me. I started my career as a secondary educator in middle school, before jumping in the high tech start world to try my hand at customer service and sales. I officially entered the sales enablement space more than a decade ago. It's a little scary. And I focused on developing sales teams ever since.

What is your session about and why is this topic interesting?

Bryan Naas: You know, I have a true passion for helping build programs that are targeted to the needs of sellers to help maximize their productivity. And this is exactly what I'll be speaking about during my session, establishing a culture of strategic data driven decision making. Ultimately, I want to share my years of experience through a lot of successes and failures where I've developed a sales enablement data model that helps target the specific needs of sellers based on performance productivity and competency data. So we can provide the training, tools and resources they need to reach their goals. Ultimately, creating much more targeted training instead of the peanut butter spread training that many of us are used to.

What are you most looking forward to at the event?

Bryan Naas: I'm super excited to be a part of the summit this year in Toronto and can't wait to share what I have to share with you. The Sales Enablement Summit is an amazing opportunity to network and learn, you know, something we probably don't do enough of as enablers. And I look forward to meeting each of you.
