Hi, everyone for those who don't know me, I'm Gayle Charach and I spent better part of almost 20 years in sales enablement and I've recently retooled as a resilience coach. So I am super excited although I live in Winnipeg to travel to Toronto next month to share with you some of my practical tips around how to be resilient. You will walk away from my session with your own resilience plan as well as some tips and tricks that you can take back and use as a little mini workshop with your sales teams because let's face it, they also need to be resilient all the time. So I'm super excited to reconnect with everyone, reunite with everyone at the SEC event in Toronto. Let's go.
What is your session about and why is this topic interesting?
Hi, everyone. As I mentioned earlier, I am coming to Toronto to the SEC event to talk to you all about resilience. Given my own situation, emerging from the enablement profession, quite burnt out to a crisp, I realized that I had some more wisdom to share with everyone. So I'm super excited to be covering the topic of resilience. It's one that's near and dear to my heart. It's a trait or a process, I believe that everybody who's in enablement needs to master. And of course, it's a skill that is imperative that all sales teams have. So super excited to tackle the topic of resilience with you all.
What are you most looking forward to at the event?
I could not be more excited than to reunite with my community in Toronto. Of all the enablers that I spent so many years gathering together. So I'm super excited to see you all. Super excited to work with everyone in a workshop format and have you walk away with something tangible. So see you in Toronto next month.
