What is one thing you learned that you will put to use in the next few days and, what difference do you think it will make?
Isabelle Gionet: Um, for sure! For me being a social worker, child protection social worker, as investigation level with same day response only. So I deal with all the emergencies that happen during the day. I wwould - from the get go - I would ask questions to the parents, like: who are their supports, who do return to? So from the get go, I would use the skills, um, and yeah. And then after that, I could talk about a safety goal with them and do the safety meeting
