Mahesh Prajapat: Hi everyone. First of all, a huge thank you to SafeGenerations for giving me the opportunity to speak. My name is Mahesh Prajapat and I am currently the CEO of Elia International, which is the home of Signs of Safety. A real privilege for me to have the opportunity to impact child welfare on a global scale. And previous to that, I was the COO of the Children's Aid Society of Toronto, which is one of the largest child welfare organizations in Canada. And I've had a career of about 27 some odd years of, of working in child welfare. So that's a little bit about me.
