Leadership: In the leadership you've seen either individually or systemically, what brings you hope in this field?
Gilbert Domally: One of the things that I've seen individually that brings me quite a bit of hope in this field as it relates to leadership is leadership's willingness to learn, willingness to identify areas where they are open to growing. As evidenced by again, the engagement of reflective consultation amongst leaders. Leaders connecting with leaders maybe outside of their work to learn different capacities. That gives me hope. It gives me hope because no one field has all the answers as it relates to building a program or system that's gonna be most helpful to families. And it takes learning from a lot of different disciplines and, and arenas to really deliver services in a way that is responsive to the needs of our broader society, culture and communities.
