What is your professional background?
Nora Tandberg: As CFO, I'm responsible for proactive, ongoing and strategic planning to ensure Papirfly stays focused on its growth and profitability target and has the resources it needs to get there. I have a professional toolbox from audit and accounting, as well as M&A advisory from spending several years within financial due diligence and 10 years in total as part of a big four accountancy firm before joining Papirfly.
What will you write about as a Content Contributor to SaaS Nordic?
Nora Tandberg: I will write about themes on the boundary of growth and finance, such as financial operations and organization, strategic M&A, and SaaS metrics. All of this in the context of an ever-changing and turbulent market, the constant pursuit of growth and the increasing focus on profitability.
Why are you a member of the SaaS Nordic community?
Nora Tandberg: Saas Nordic is a brilliant initiative, Thomas and Daniel are building a community of like-minded people and professionals in the Nordics, and I'm so pleased to be part of this community and to contribute with some of the lessons that I've learned to my fellow Nordic SaaS professionals.
