What makes NLGIC Group's culture unique?
Ashok kumar Ayyappan: Hi, all this is a show Kumar from N L J C Dubai. So what makes N L J AC groups culture unique according to me, um the, the most unique thing about our culture is, is um being ready to collaborate. We are always ready to listen to our partners. We are ready to listen to our external partners as well as internal stakeholders and accordingly uh ready to adapt ourselves for the dynamically changing market requirements. Uh We are ready to innovate according to these changes and we are, we are proactive in doing this and this, this makes us an approachable insurer for the market. Yeah.
What is your favorite value? How do you live NLGIC Group's values in your day-to-day work?
Ashok kumar Ayyappan: Yeah. So um my favorite value is definitely agile because I believe being agile is an important characteristic that's required to uh become a successful multi land insurer across the region. Um We might be ready to change. Uh We might be ready to adapt. Uh but that's not just enough, we should be uh quick in doing that. We should be able to take uh fast, you know, actions and we should be able to respond to the markets wherever required uh in a timely manner, in a proactive manner. And that is going to differentiate ourselves from the rest of the market. Um Because in the current era of competition, we should be always ahead of things even though we do things in the right way, it may not be just enough, it should be done at the right time without any delay at all. So I believe agile um you know, is very important and that's why that's my favorite value. Um We, we do try to practice this in, in our everyday day to day work um by, you know, giving uh solutions, uh you know, um in a very fast paced manner, we don't delay things because procrastination always leads to, you know, uh either loss in business itself or um or the dependability of our partners on us is, is at stake when you delay things. So at, um you know, when it comes to everyday work, uh we try and ensure that whatever decision is made, um it should be obviously, I know right asshole, but it should be taken at the right time. Uh and, and communicated well, you know, in time so that there is no, um, embarrassment or there is no, um, no reputation at stake. Yeah, that's how we, we have to, you know, um, ensure this.
What makes you want to come to work every day?
Ashok kumar Ayyappan: Yeah, what makes me come to work every day? Uh Yeah, that's a great question to ask and answer as well. So it's a sense of, um I can say it's a sense of responsibility that that drives me and um it's, it's the uh the eagerness to go out of the way and um serve our clients uh not restricting ourselves to the boundaries of the policy terms and conditions, the benefit tables that we have offered to the customers. Um We, we try to, you know, go out of the way offer, uh you know, value to the proportion that we have committed and, and we try to see what we can do more. What is the extra mile that we can go uh you know, um rather than just sticking to what we have just committed to them. So that, that drives us every day to find new solutions to, to find how we can improve the services that we can offer. Um a whether that that's an expectation from the client or not, how can we make the experience delightful? How can we make the journey of the customer um more, you know, joyful and seamless? So these things I know, thinking about these things, day in and day in and day out, this makes us, you know, this makes me come to work every day and this is how we have um also imbibed this culture and the team, how can you make uh the, the customer, you know, see us in a different way uh just by giving, you know, uh doing things in different way. So, so this, this sense of, you know, uh, a this makes us come, you know, to office every day.
