Hi everyone. Um my name's Stuart, this is my wife Sherri. We'd like to talk to you about our experience with Sol from Ronival She did for me a great job, Kind of understanding what we wanted, what we liked and that type of stuff and she's 100% right because we made lowball offers and lost on a bunch of properties. Mexico at least last november when we bought. Um there is lots of pressure from the States, people coming down here and buying properties and us thinking it's cheap because it's Mexico was a horrible strategy for us; Now, It worked out for us because we got a great place and we're very happy with it. But it was, it was kind of very frustrating process, thank you. Very frustrating process. And I think that I think looking back if I had to do it all over again, if you find a property that you want, you just gotta go for it otherwise because there's somebody else bidding wars are still going on and get what you want. And it's it's still actually a really good deal. Compared to the United States; Mexico, you just have to offer a full price. You just can't go under thinking you're going to be able to finagle.
