How long have you been working at Ronival?
Brent Fong: Hey guys, Brent Fong here with Ronival. Just want to talk a little about my company and a little about myself. So yeah, I started with Ronival in 2016 november when I moved to the baja. So I've been here five years. I moved here from Chicago after the Cubs won the world series and Trump, got elected as president. So I moved down here and one thing Ronival has taught me is their innovative and what do I mean by innovative? I've been working with my brother since 2005 we were doing mortgages, real estate in Chicago and he was always testing new systems, new policies to make yourself better and I know Ronival does a lot of changes, a lot of systems, a lot of things that make me feel uncomfortable. Um I don't like change, I'm like guilty as charge. I prefer to be just doing the same thing. But the only way you're going to grow as a person as a professional is feel uncomfortable and change and definitely Ronival because of our systems, our CRM system, our marketing videos we're part of Tom Ferry organization, number one real estate coach in the world. So we're part of a great organization up there in the States and just to have that information and knowledge and expertise from the top producing agents in the United States and Canada and we are leading the charge here in Baja Sur and in Mexico. So we're the only member team members in Tom Ferry part of Mexico. So hopefully we'll see more people getting coaching from Tom Ferry down here in Mexico. We're very excited we're throughout the whole Baja Sur, Loreto, La Paz, East Cape Barriles, Todos Santos and of course Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. So I love working with Ronival. We have great managers, great inside sales agents that help us make phone calls. I got a great assistant Rudy that helps me just learning to build a team around you and help people that need help within the team. All of us need help. So it's just a great, great environment to be in. What is your job position and what do you do?
Brent Fong: Hey guys, so my position in Cabo, I'm a real estate broker. It was a broker in the United States Chicago. But what I do look at myself is as a consultant because you're buying here in a foreign country, it's not the same as buying in the States and Canada. So you definitely need an expertise, kind of like an indian guide going through a forest and just getting to your luxury home down here in the Baja Sur.
What makes working at Ronival special and important for you?
Brent Fong: Like I said before we being innovative and Ronival what's special about it for me, when I reflected being here in the Baja for five years, what I've noticed is the amount of growth I've done, and it's just it's been uncomfortable and I feel like enlightened on how far I've gone in the last five years. And what I do get very excited is the next five years, 10 years. What's going to happen with my personal growth being down here in the Baja Sur, helping people building relationships? Not only within the team but with your clients and friends. These are people you will be together with for a lifetime.
