Sid Samek: Hi, my name is Sid. Me and Charlie. We own a house here in Sunny Cabo, San Lucas for the past 10 years. And Rocio and her team have, uh, gone many steps up and above property management to keep our place in a tip top shape, letting us know maintenance things, gardening, housekeeping, what not has to be done.
How has partnering with our property management company impacted your day-to-day life or business operations?
Sid Samek: With Ronival being our property management company, I can sit at home and, and not really worry about much as they will go out of their way. Message me ASAP when they have found any issues or if there's a, anything that needs to be done right away and just a matter of a quick whatsapp text or email to give them a go ahead and if it's bigger jobs, they will go out of the way towards, uh, getting cost together and make sure that we're getting a decent, uh, decent job.
What sets our property management services apart from others you’ve experienced or considered?
Sid Samek: What sets Ronival apart from all from the past property management that I had. Uh, I don't have to really worry about coming down based on the last experience from the previous company, they forgot to pay the CFE (power) And when we arrived down here for New Year's CFE showed up two days when we're into our vacation and got our power up because somebody forgot to pay our bill. So I'm not really worried on, uh, them doing, not missing anything. And if they miss anything, they let me know right away that something was forgotten and they take care of it right away. So that's one wonderful thing about Ronival. You don't have to worry about it when you're back home in Winter Wonderland or wherever you were from.
