Ola. Greetings from Oklahoma. We are headed back to Cabo next week. I want to give a big shout out to Ronival Property Management. They take care of our home Villa Pitaya in El Pedregal, and they do an excellent job. We've used them since we bought the house and the person we bought it from, used them as well. They know our house inside and out and I don't know what I'd do without them. Anna Trelles oversees everyone that is in charge of our house with Ronival and Rocio takes care of our books and I am very thorough and very, very specific and she is as well. So I appreciate her accounting skills and Sylvia is gold. Sylvia is a jewel. She is the person that manages everyone that does everything at our house and I do not know what I would do without her. She's a good communicator. We use whatsapp. And so anytime I have a question, she is always quick to respond and always has an answer. So I want to give Ronival Property Management a huge thumbs up.
