How have the teachable video modules been for you so far?
Noam zanger : Hello. So, my name is Noam. I've been in the program for seven days now. So it's, uh, one week of me starting my journey in a wholesaling so far. Um, I complete all the course which was very detailed, er, a lot of information until now. I felt like wholesaling was there. Like I couldn't connect the dots and now I completed the course. I'm still trying, just started to analyze my first deal. Er, two days ago. It's not easy but I know I have all the information and all the support I need. Um, yeah, so far I learned so much and I'm looking forward for the future.
Was there anything new you've learned about wholesaling that you didn't know before?
Noam zanger : I didn't know anything about wholesaling. So I learned like everything was new. I knew the idea but I didn't knew how to do it. So everything I learned from how to find a property until how to like, sign a contract, the legal stuff behind it and everything is very new to me. And so far all the information I needed was in the course.
Do you feel like having support in the discord chat helps you in your wholesaling journey?
Noam zanger : Yes, having the discourse channel is very helpful. And again, I, I don't have many questions right now because I still haven't started full power, but I know I have them. And even when it was just like more of like um like getting access to the portal or small questions that I needed to like opening my LLC, like everybody, somebody was there to answer my question right away even like on weekends, which was great.
What has been your favorite part of RocketOffr Partners so far?
Noam zanger : So my favorite part so far is obviously all the information you guys give and the availability of you answering any question I have. That's amazing. Like I just had a 30 minutes call with Aaron and answer all my questions right away. Uh And honestly, I think your investor is the most powerful tool. And again, I haven't used them yet, but the fact that you can help me connect investors, that's amazing. Like make sure I give a good offer and you give it to the right person. That's, I think that's a huge thing.
