When did you start the program and what was your experience in real estate prior?
Leah Hearn : Hi. So, um, I have a little bit of experience. I did get my real estate license. Um, I didn't use it for very long, only about 34 months. Um, I didn't do any transactions with it. Um, I just did some of the trainings but as far as actual, um, experience, um, closing deals, I have none.
What support or experience in the program helped you close this deal?
Leah Hearn : So what helped me actually close the deal was um working with Aaron pretty closely. He told me what um properties I should shoot for what I should get it under contract with. And he helped guide me along the way. Um And he really advocated for me to get this deal closed, which is unheard of in wholesaling because typically you're doing it all by yourself. So it was really smooth and um easy, basically.
How much did you make on this deal?
Leah Hearn : So, um I do believe in being humble, but um I did make almost $20,000 on this particular deal and um I'm giving that information out so that it can drive you and push you further because it can be done. And I'm proof because I never thought it, it could happen. Honestly, I, I was skeptical um, to be honest. So, um, it really did help because I was able to save um, two horses from slaughter and that's what I purchase um part partially and it also helped me with other parts of debt, um and get ahead of my bills, of course.
What has been your favorite part of RocketOffr Partners program?
Leah Hearn : Uh My favorite thing about Rocket offer is actually how much support I get. Um, I didn't think I was going to um, ever have an opportunity like this. Um It honestly is like working with a brokerage, um, as far as having the support from your broker, but, um, it's not as difficult because I'm not doing showings. I'm not waiting for my first time home buyers to look at 30 houses wasting my time and then pulling out last second. Um, it's, it's all done from my phone or my tablet or my computer whenever I have down time, which is nice. Um, and as far as being a mom to a toddler, it makes it super convenient because when she takes naps is when I reach out to real estate agents and put offers on, in on the homes. And then when she goes to bed at night is when I um analyze the properties. So I do the work when I want to and I'm never subjected to, um, in a, a buyer which is amazing.
Would you recommend others to join the RocketOffr Partners program?
Leah Hearn : So I would definitely recommend rocket offer if you want to get into real estate and you just don't know how to penetrate uh the world of real estate. Um I do however say if you're not going to put in the work, don't spend the money because it won't be worth it. But if you're going to uh understand how the market trends, um how to comp how to analyze those comps and actually put in the work. Um I say definitely shoot for the stars and go for it. Um because I definitely think it can happen for you.
